I have arrived in Kona, Hawaii -- and am enjoying a few days to myself before beginning a workshop in watercolor.It is definitely beautiful! The weather is 75-85 and sunny.
I have seen green turtles, magpies, soft waves, and turquoise ocean.
It has all been spectacular!

You can't go anywhere more beautiful and closer to the midwest, Carol. Hope the workshop is all you want it to be and then some :) Couldn't pick a better place!
I envy you. Great place to relax and teach.
The shot looking down on the boy I'm sure already has your wheels turning.
